The Athletic Participation fee for the upcoming year has been announced by the School District.

Each High School Student Athlete will be charged $100.00 per sport with no cap. No Cap mean you will be charged $100.00 for every sport played with no limit.

The current plan calls for paying the fee prior to participating in any formal team practice

Locker Room Words of Wisdom: Football is a microcosm of life. The lessons you learn playing this game are directly translatable to real life. In life and in football, sometimes you get knocked down, and the true test of your character is how you respond. It’s like the old quote; “Adversity doesn’t build character, it reveals it.” Take the opportunity every day to prove to yourself and others what kind of teammate you are. Great teams are made up of a group of individuals that all realize that when we all take care of the little things, the big things take care of themselves.

Locker room words of wisdom –I firmly believe that any child who makes the academic commitment to be successful in the classroom should be given the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities. In the area of sports, I also believe these young adults should be able to receive the best possible training and knowledge in their particular area of interest.

As a coach, it is my responsibility to not only teach proper technique and physical preparation, but to instill team unity, to reinforce team concepts and character development, and to become relentless in every aspect of life on or off the field.

As a Student-Athlete, I hope each player walks away from the game with a GAME PLAN for life. Learning to choose the proper attitude, making sacrifices, getting rid of excuses, working hard, settings goals, and dreaming big makes each young man realize what his own potential is for success.

Locker Room Words of Wisdom - I enjoy the game of football. It prepares you for life and the challenge ahead, It starts to define you and what you will become and you can always fall back on the experience when times get tough. I want players to remember that they had fun and learned the value of teamwork and begin to mold the definition of their character and then take and share that with upcoming young men
